Strengths are confirmed and where shortcomings found, changes are agreed that will lead to high performance team behaviour.
Workshops can be accelerated if some form of pre-event Team 360 or Personality Profiling is carried out first. These profiles get to the heart of what makes your team tick and are designed to assess the effectiveness of the team in a number of competencies. The information provides a foundation of data from which to begin discussions.

The story of how 17 novice sailors, lead by a professional skipper, raced around the world - against the prevailing winds and currents. Designed to inspire and energise delegates thinking towards optimum styles of leadership and team behaviour.
This then leads into a facilitated discussion about how the team can develop constructive, relevant, sustainable, high performance team behaviour. The discussion focuses on the most relevant behavioural characteristics from a list of optimum team behaviours.
Finally the team commit to group and individual behavioural change. To really make these changes stick they must be supported by senior management and the wider organization. Follow up visits keep the team behavioural change online.
