Team Development Sailing Experience

You've got all the team together and you are on a sailing yacht - why not leverage this experience and conduct a challenging exercise that will give everybody a sense of achievement? In the morning the skipper, mate and facilitator fast track your team to take control of the yacht. In the afternoon you complete the 'Cans Challenge'. Buoys in the Solent are allocated points, your team sets the strategy / and navigates the yacht around the course. Great fun and stretching, issues of leadership, communication and teamwork rapidly emerge.

Multi Team Racing

If you have more than one team, or a mixture of clients and work colleagues, then take them out on the water and let us organise a Solent Regatta. Competition adds real edge to the day and will provide an experience that teams will refer back to for months to come. Many of our sailing regattas become annual events. The morning is spent on the water with skipper and mate training up the team. In the afternoon 3 exciting races, give every team the chance to experience that winning feeling.

Skippered Charter

If this sailing day is a reward for a job well done, you might just like to kick back and relax while we do all the work. We select a spectacular yacht and your team arrives to enjoy the experience. Breakfast on arrival, 3 course lunch, tea and cakes on conclusion. Plenty of time to talk, while sailing around the main attractions of the Solent.
